Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Dress Uniforms for Calgary Police Services (CPS) and Calgary Fire Department (CFD)
Project Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary is seeking a supplier who can supply and deliver quality dress uniforms on a required basis. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables of each schedule. However, The City reserves the right to award to more than one (1) proponent, and to award the contract in whole or in part, or to delete any portion of the work when deemed in the best interest of the City.
