RFSO 30068b Supply and Delivery of Custom Corrugated CartonsThis Request for Standing Offer ("Solicitation") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, to prospective Vendors for the Supply and Delivery of Custom Corrugated Cartons as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of the Deliverables (Appendix B).The purpose of this Solicitation is to identify, evaluate, and select a Vendor that can provide the Deliverables as described in this Solicitation and for Manitoba to enter into a Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) with a single Vendor whose Submission is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.Term of the Standing Offer AgreementThe initial term of the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) will be for a period of three (3) years. The term of the Standing Offer Agreement (Appendix C) may be extended, at Manitoba's option on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of one (1) year term each.Exclusion clauseIn consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation.
