Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Cold Asphalt
Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendors.The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking a supplier to supply and deliver cold asphalt to The City-s roadway depot.It is the expectation of The City that the Supplier will deliver cold asphalt to site within 24 hours after receiving request from The City.This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.The City intends to enter into one (1) agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) years.The Agreement may renewed one (1) time for two (2) years.The Agreement will not include a POC.
