The City of Vancouver (the "City") is seeking quotations to determine if it will enter into one or more contracts in respect of Supply and Delivery of Christmas Lights.
The City and the Vancouver Park Board has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Christmas lights for one or more locations, including but not limited to VanDusen Botanical Garden for its annual Festival of Lights event. The Festival of Lights is an outdoor event and the footprint covers approximately 10 acres of the 55 acre botanical garden. The vendor should address, but should not be limited to addressing, the following requirements within its Quotation.
Vendors should carefully review Appendix 1 - Requirements for a detailed description of the City's requirements.
Quotations should be submitted by email prior to the Closing Time in accordance with the following:
Subject of the file to be: PS# - RFQ - Title - Vendor name.

-PDF format - 1 combined PDF file.
