Detailed_Description : The Ministry is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver the arctic parkas to be used by the Ontario Provincial Police (“OPP”).The arctic parkas are used for uniform members in the OPP-s northern regions, as well as some specialty teams, to stay warm when working in extremely cold weather. This procurement was identified as a priority, in hopes to have had clothing for winter 2025.
