Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of Appliances

Tender Details SCOPE
The New Brunswick Housing Corporation is looking to establish a Contract of Supply for the supply and delivery of appliances on an as and when required basis.

This is a three (3) year contract from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2029, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing will be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index (CPI). If a mutually agreed upon price cannot be reached GNB reserves the right to re-tender, re-award or delete the item(s) in question.

SPECIFICATIONS

DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
Bidder will deliver the goods in 15 calendar days upon receipt of an office release against this contract.

Please be advised that there are no lifts available at the warehouses. Some are equipped with loading docks or are on ground levels. Currently lift gates are being used by delivery companies. Bidders are responsible for providing their own lifting equipment.

Bids MUST include pricing for delivery to the various warehouses listed below.

Warehouse Locations: Moncton, Saint John, Fredericton, Woodstock, Edmundston, Campbellton, Bathurst, Miramichi, and Caraquet.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Bidders are required to submit a bid on all items listed below.

Compliant bids will be evaluated and awarded based upon the lowest compliant total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.
