- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Deliver Activated Carbon for Air Scrubbers, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Halifax Water is seeking a qualified supplier to provide Adsorbent Filter Media. The supplier must be able to provide both types of media required. The quoted media should have equal to or greater removal capabilities as medias currently used by Halifax Water.
