Detailed_Description : Supply and deliver thirty (30) Semi-Automatic External Defibrillator unit packages to 30 ServiceOntario locations throughout the province. Installation is not required.
Scope of Work : Supply and deliver thirty (30) Semi-Automatic External Defibrillator unit packages to 30 ServiceOntario locations throughout the province.AED Unit Package consists of the following:•One (1) Semi-Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).•A manufacturer's warranty period for a minimum of six (6) years.•Two (2) pairs of adult defibrillation pads; 2-year shelf life (no Children's pads required) •AED batteries lithium long-life with an expiration date no less than 5 years installed in unit.•One (1) surface metal wall AED cabinet (white powder-coated finish and sturdy metal construction) with door alarm including batteries, includes wall mounting hardware kit complete with drywall anchors and screws and includes a pair of keys to activate or deactivate the alarm to allow inspection of the AED and cabinet contents without the alarm sounding to house the AED unit. Door should permit a quick visual inspection of the cabinet contents.•All operator manuals, user guides, posters, a quick Start Guide and Rescue Reference Poster in both English and French.•AED signage: one (1) AED inspection tag, one (1) battery sticker, one (1) AED Wall Sticker, and one (1) AED Window Sticker.•Sign Package - AED, Bilingual, Rescue Station - contains one (1) V-shaped Sign and one (1) Flat Sign.•AED Wall Sign, 15" x 9", Rescue Station, Bilingual•AED Wall Sign, V-Shaped, Rescue Station, Bilingual.To be delivered to thirty unique ServiceOntario locations throughout the province within 15 days of procurement being awarded or by Feb 20 2024.To ensure all ServiceOntario offices have access to emergency first aid equipment in the event a medical emergency arises.
