• Tender are invited for Supply and Delivery of a 220-ton Chiller
  
  Tender Details SCOPE
  This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply, delivery and offloading of a 220-ton (nominal ton) chiller and associated fluid cooler complete with accessories on behalf of the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure.
  
  SPECIFICATIONS
  Please refer to the attached document.
  
  SUBMITTALS
  Prior to the award of this contract, the lowest compliant bidder will be contacted to submit documentation as per Section 01 33 00 - Submittal Procedures in the attached specifications.
  
  INSTALLATION (by Owner)
  The installation of the 220-ton (nominal ton) chiller and associated fluid cooler complete with accessories shall not form part of this contract. Please refer to Section 1.1.9 in the attached specifications.
  
  DELIVERY DATE AND PRICE
  Bidder should deliver the goods on or before May 31,2026. The delivery shall be FOB to the Bathurst Regional Hospital, 1750 Sunset Drive, Bathurst, New Brunswick.
  
  CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
  Compliant bids will be evaluated based upon the lowest total price bid that meets the specifications listed within this document.
  
  HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING
  Bidders are invited to submit their UNIT PRICE--the price for a single product within the Tender Item--under the 'Unit Price Including Discount' column. Bidders should then multiply their unit price by the 'Quantity/Unit' to calculate the 'Extended Price'. The 'Unit Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' column directly on this Invitation to Tender. The "Total including all charges" should not include taxes.
  
  When stating the 'Unit Price,' bidders MUST include delivery to the Bathurst Regional Hospital.
  
  There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid.
