Each submission must include a full set of specs to be used for consideration of tender evaluation.All pricing must be FOB Sydney NS, including all freight and PDI charges.List all warranties.Service and parts must be available locally, and in a timely manner, as to eliminate excessive vehicle down time.Award will not be based solely on price.
