Description:
The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) hereby invites submissions to pre-qualify suppliers of record for the supply and delivery of non-core items relating to Healthcare (Personal Support Workers). Pre-Qualification began on September 1st, 2022 for a one-year period, ending August 31st, 2023.Consideration will be given to renew the contract for four (4) separate one-year periods ending December 31, 2027. The DSBN will be pre-qualifying multiple suppliers.
Suppliers that do not meet the original submission deadline are still eligible and encouraged to submit a proposal. Suppliers may submit a Pre-qualification proposal at any time throughout the duration of the contract. Additional Supplier(s) will be added to the list as they are received and reviewed by DSBN staff.
Considerations for Section A). of the contract have been closed. We are now only accepting submissions for Section B).
RFSQ # 22129 will be reposted under the same bid number numerous times throughout the duration of the contract period in order to keep the bid process open for addition to the prequalified list. Once a Proponent has been qualified to provide the services as described herein under Contract 22129 they do not need to respond to further postings of this same Contract number.
OBJECTIVE:To establish Suppliers of Record for Healthcare (Personal Support Worker) supplies and equipment, for repetitively used items with a minimum of administrative expense.
