Description:
Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (“CHC”) is issuing this Supplemental Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ-RR-25-06-01A) to expand the list of prequalified suppliers originally established under RFSQ-RR-25-06-01 - Exterior Envelope Rehabilitation, awarded March 28, 2025. This supplemental RFSQ invites additional qualified contractors to submit responses in accordance with Part 2 - Evaluation of Responses for eligibility to provide Exterior Envelope Rehabilitation Services as further described in Appendix A - RFSQ Particulars (the “Deliverables”). The intent of this process is to broaden CHC-s prequalified supplier list to ensure sufficient market capacity for upcoming rehabilitation projects. Suppliers already prequalified under the original RFSQ remain valid and do not need to reapply. The term of prequalification will remain unchanged, from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2028.
