- Currently, there are thirty-one (31) households connected to the central water and sewer/septic system, with potential for more in the future. Each property is equipped with its own curb valve for water and sewer, as well as its own grinder pump to grind and pump sewage to the central collection area. Key details for the tender: Location: Sun Dale Water Treatment Plant located 26.5 km from the Municipal lagoon. Tipping Fee at the RM of McKillop municipal lagoon: $15 per load for a tri-axle tandem truck or larger $15 per load for a tandem axle truck $10 per load for a single axle truck Tender Term: 12 months with a 1-year renewal option Equipment Requirement: Trucks must have hydraulic gate valves no larger than 8 inches to control sewage spillage on the pad site and roads. Septic Tanks in Use: 2 tanks (10,000 gallons each), with a 3rd tank also existing (10,000 gallons) .
