This NRFP is intended to solicit Proposals to deliver and implement a Platform for substantial shareholder disclosure monitoring and compliance as outlined in this document (the “Project”).What problems must the Platform solve? Rapid rate of regulatory change and increasing global reporting requirements regarding substantial shareholder disclosure and other securities law requirements. Adapt AIMCo-s processes to reflect the increasingly global nature of AIMCo-s investment platform. Reduce risks of non-compliance with global substantial shareholder (and potentially sensitive industry and position limits) regulations, including those arising from missed or late filings. Reduce risk of human error that may arise from manual preparation of filings. Simplify and automate preparation of substantial shareholder filings (and potentially sensitive industries and position limits) and monitoring processes.
