Description:
Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 3:00 P.M., SK time, on Thursday, April 9, 2026 for Subgrade Re-Construction of approximately 3.2 kilometres on the Range Road 3283 (Twp Rd. 354 to Twp Rd.360) in the R.M. of Heart-s Hill No. 352. Approximate total quantities: 70,000 m3 Earth Excavation - Subgrade Widening and Reconstruction (Contractor Supply Borrow) 10,000 m3 Topsoil Removal and Replacement 291 m of Culvert Removal/Disposal and Installation (500 mm, 600 mm, 1000 mm) 800 yards3 Type 103 Traffic Gravel Incorporation (Contractor Supply) Tenders will be opened at the R.M. of Heart-s Hill No.352 Office (405 Grand Ave., Luseland, SK) at the hour of 4:00 P.M, SK time, Thursday, April 9, 2026. The tender will be awarded to the winning contractor on or before Thursday, April 30, 2026. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “5% of the Tender amount”. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. Specifications and Tender Forms may be obtained from Resource Management International in Lashburn, SK. The tender packages may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $120.00.
