  Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, supported by Indigenous Services Canada, would like to construct a new water treatment plant to replace their existing water treatment plant. The entire Water System Project is comprised of multiple equipment supply contracts and general construction contract(s).
  The intent of the RFP is to obtain offers for supply, design, fabrication, shipment, onsite integration, and commissioning of water treatment flocculation, clarification, and filtration equipment, including pre-fabricated equipment, instrumentation, programmable logic control, programming, wiring, electrical panels and junction boxes, starters, VFDs, and all other ancillary support systems for stand-alone functionality of the equipment.
  The Owner intends to enter into an Equipment Supply Contract Agreement with the successful Proponent. The Owner also intends to Novate the Equipment Supply Contract (Contract 1) to a General Construction Contractor (Contract 4) through a Novation Agreement. The Proponent-s submitted proposal will form part of the agreement.
