The scope of this RFP is limited to providing a Student Line of Credit to students in second-entry undergraduate programs and professional programs as a primary or supplementary source of financial support for their studies. These students will be Ontario residents and/or students from other Canadian provinces and territories. The University is looking to the Successful Proponent to offer students in Eligible Programs access to borrowing and repayment services that cover financial need not fully met by the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) or other provincial/territorial government-funded student aid programs.The primary relationship will be between the student and the Successful Proponent.
