Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of a Structural Engineer.230125-274625 - Structural Study:• EC Drury School, B12325 (A1 & A2) & B12330 (L)• Location: 255 Ontario St S, Milton, ON• The intent of the project is to determine the deficiencies currently existing with structural systems including but not limited to slabs, footings, columns, beams, joists, trusses, staircases, load bearing/ retaining walls, perimeter drainage/ grading, waterproofing, another structural steel/ concrete component etc. at EC Drury Provincial School (B12325) including the two (2) buildings: Senior School, B12325 (A1 & A2) and Sports Building, B12330 (L).• The studies to be completed by a certified structural engineer and/or by other specialists to identify deficiency (current deficiencies and potential deficiencies based on study findings), provide life expectancies of each structural system, provide options and recommendations for future repairs/ replacements that will remedy the deficiencies and respective cost estimate.
