Description:
OBJECTIVE The CRA-s National Recognition Program requires a national supply and delivery service for recognition products on an as and when requested basis, as part of the Long Service and Retirement Awards and Award of Excellence Streams. The award items must be properly presented and packaged, and delivered within established timeframes to CRA users across Canada. The National Recognition Program requires Bidders to have the capacity and distribution capabilities to deliver to any employee-s home across Canada as part of the CRA-s Work from Home (WFH) program, or to any CRA location as needed, with the exception of locations within land claim areas. Product Streams: Stream 1 - Long Service and Retirement Awards recognize the contributions of employees by marking milestones in their careers; 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60 years of service, and for their retirement. For the Long Service Awards Program, congratulatory letters and certificates and awards corresponding to the appropriate milestone are presented to eligible employees across Canada throughout each fiscal year. There is a security requirement associated with this program. Retirement awards recognize an employee-s long standing dedication to the CRA up to the point of retirement, with a certificate and an award being presented to commemorate the employee-s career.
