- The City of Stratford is seeking consulting engineering services and construction services for the pre-design, detailed design, contract administration, and site inspection for the digester upgrades at the Stratford Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP). An uplifting event in 2024 has made the Primary Digester inoperable in its current state. The WPCP Digester System has been in operation since the early 1980s, and the Primary Digester needs significant upgrades, including the replacement of the digester roof, appurtenances and sludge mixing equipment.
