PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY PAYING ATTENTION TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND DATES.CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposals ("RFP) for the Consulting Services for the Optimization and Disposition Strategy of the Real Estate Portfolio.The Term of the Agreement will be determined on the basis of the Proponent's Proposal and CBC/Radio-Canada's needs.1. SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP are as follows:CBC/Radio-Canada is undertaking a comprehensive strategic review of its owned real estate portfolio. The purpose of this process is to ensure that its real estate strategy is perfectly aligned with future business needs and long-term financial goals The selected Supplier will be responsible for analysing the portfolio to determine the optimal strategy for each asset. This analysis must evaluate a full range of options, including retention, modernization, redevelopment, establishing partnerships or eventual disposition (sale) if it proves to be the option that creates the most value.2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: There are no mandatory requirements to participate in this RFP3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT ("NDA")The Proponent must complete and sign CBC/Radio-Canada's standard Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
