- Real Property Services is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our existing property portfolio. The outcome of this engagement will be the development of a Strategic Reserve Fund Maintenance Plan, which will provide a long-term roadmap for the repair, renewal, and eventual replacement of key building components over a projected 20 25 year lifecycle. The Maintenance Plan is to include the development of a Reserve Fund and assessment tool that ensures building assets are well maintained. The two key areas: 1) establishing a repair and maintenance schedule, and 2) implementing annual preventative maintenance for all SLFNHA owned buildings. It will also include a break-even budget and annual reserve fund strategy for future building components replacements.
