Surrey Place is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to select one (1) or more qualified consulting partners that submit a bid proposal (“Proposal”) in response to this RFP (each, a “Proponent”), to provide Strategic Planning Consulting Services (the “Deliverables”), Surrey Place is seeking expert guidance as we develop a new strategic direction that will position Surrey Place for long-term sustainability. Surrey Place is currently undergoing significant organizational transformation, including the development of diversified revenue streams and expansion of fee-for-service models. As we adapt to changes in the funding landscape and evolving client needs, we require strategic planning expertise to prepare our organization for the challenges and opportunities ahead. The successful Proponent will work collaboratively with our leadership team, Board of Directors, staff, and key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategic roadmap that aligns with our mission while enabling financial sustainability and continued service excellence. Please see Schedule A - Scope of Work for additional details regarding the Deliverables and our specific requirements.
