Project Synopsis
The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of cleaning out the Orchards, Timmsdale, and Concord Stormwater Management Facilities in the Town of Pelham.
The successful contractor will be responsible for all traffic control, resident notification within the associated construction limits and notification when access will not be available. Full restoration of all disturbed areas will be required in accordance with current Town of Pelham standards.
