  Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M. local time, June 5, 2020.
  
  The work generally consists of the supply and installation of approximately 300 lineal metres of storm sewer ranging from 200 mm to 600 mm in diameter; 300 m of concrete curb and gutter; precast concrete structures; roadway reconstruction and realignment; 1700 tonnes of hot mixed asphalt concrete base and seal course; clearing and grubbing; environmental protection and site restoration.
  
  Particular Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: The Dillon offices are currently closed to visitors. To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca. Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard copy forms the official contract documents.
  
  A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Grand Bay-Westfield, in the amount of TEN (10) PERCENT OF THE TOTAL TENDER PRICE (including HST) must accompany each Tender.
  
  Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.
