Description:
The Owner invites tenders for:
Extension of storm sewers at eight (8) Sites and sanitary sewers at three (3) Sites. The Work includes construction of approximately 1,140m of storm sewer, 410m sanitary sewer, 55m storm services, 65m sanitary services, 41 manholes, 5,300m² road rehabilitation and miscellaneous surface restoration.
This tender is being issued electronically through the on-line bidding system at https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca where Pre-Qualified contractors for the Area of Specialization for 1.0 - Utilities may download the tender documents directly from the aforementioned website, as per Pre-Qualification (RFQ) #31-02-22 Pre-Qualification for Construction Services (Engineering Capital Works). No registration tracking or other recording of tender document holder will be performed by the City.
All addenda, amendments or further information will be published through https://burnaby.bidsandtenders.ca. It is the sole responsibility of the tenderer to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. The tenderer is advised that the Owner or Contract Administrator reserves the right to not respond to enquiries received within four (4) Days of the Tender Closing Date.
