Description:
The Rural Municipality of Meeting Lake No.466 invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors for the loading, hauling and stockpiling of existing crushed gravel from designated gravel pits to municipal stockpile location. 1. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of this tender includes, but is not limited to: Loading, hauling and stockpile approximately 14,400 cubic yards of gravel From: Gravel Pits within the RM of Redberry NE 27-45-08 W3 NE 20-44-08 W3 To: Site within the RM of Meeting Lake SE 25-46-12 W3 Contractor be responsible to load the gravel Hauling to be conducted in compliance with all applicable safety, transport, and municipal regulations 2. PROJECT TIMELINE Expected Start Date: November 3, 2025 Expected Completion Date: March 15, 2026 Weather or unforeseen conditions may adjust timeline upon mutual agreement 3.
