- Prairie Valley School Division is requesting Proposals for the provision of a Before and After School Program designed for school-age children attending school. The program will be located within Stewart Nicks School (see Appendix āCā). The room number is 118 and has an area of approximately 77 square meters. Based on the school-s program requirements the room may be used during the school day as determined by the school administrator. On an annual basis the room assignment will be reviewed with the possibility of reassignment based on programming requirements. The projected opening of the before and after School program will coincide with the first day of the school for the 2025-2026 school year. The Before and After School Program will be expected to be open five days a week (excluding statutory holidays and non-student days), 10 months of the year (September - June). The term of this contract remains in force until June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), Prairie Valley School Division will select the Successful Proponent to provide this independent before and after School Program.
