DUE DATE: 11:00 AM, CT, TUESDAY, AUGUST 5TH, 2025
PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns seeks bids to provide stone wall, step, and concrete maintenance from responsible contractors. The Contractor shall be responsible for all materials, necessary labor, and equipment to complete the Project. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.
SCOPE OF WORK DESCRIPTION: The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to:
Stone retaining wall repointing.
Stone step resetting.
Concrete sidewalk, curb, and ramp replacement.
Joint sealant replacement.
COMPLETION TIME: May 26th, 2026.
PRE-BID MEETING:
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 A.M., CT, Wednesday August 13th, 2025 at the project site, 725 Courthouse Square, St. Cloud, MN. All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to become familiar with the project.
