Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents that were shortlisted under RFP-2025-063 to submit proposals for renovations to Station 4-1 for CYFS as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”). In accordance with Section 3.6, this RFP is non-binding.

Following the conclusion of RFP-2025-063 - Pre-qualified General Contractor list for interior renovations at Fire Station 4-1 (Central York Fire Services) (Phase I), the following selected respondents are invited to participate in this process (Phase II) and to submit a bid for the work described in Part IV:
