Description:
This Request for Proposals (the 'RSO') is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the 'Province') as represented herein by the Minister of Service Nova Scotia, for and on behalf of the Nova Scotia Health Authority ('NSHA', and together with the Province, 'Nova Scotia'), to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Standing Offer for Pacemakers, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICDs), & Implantable Loop Recorders (ILRs) as further described in the RSO Particulars (Appendix D) (the 'Deliverables'). This RSO is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Sustainable Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual. The selected proponent(s) will be requested to enter into an agreement with the Province for theprovision of the Deliverables in the form attached as Appendix A to the RSO (the 'Agreement'). There isthe potential for multiple awards as a result of this RSO (see section 2.3). The potential of multiple awards will ensure we have the capabilities to meet ourCardiac implantable device requirements for NSH.
