- Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring, interior doors, flat jambs and trim. The work will be completed during times when residential housing units (RHUs) are vacant at 14 Wing Greenwood, NS.The SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $1,250,000. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional period and increased in the order of $625,000.00 for the additional period. Call-ups under the SOA must not exceed $100,000.Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement.
