Description:
NorQuest College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to deliver and support an employee feedback platform for a team of staff and faculty comprising 1200-1500 individuals.The successful vendor will be required to:1. Design and implement an online employee feedback platform tailored to the needs of our institution.a) Pre-delivery consultation with the College to ensure design alignment, implementation schedule,b) Include capacity for institution-specific questions related to organizational strategy and alignment.2. Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting of survey/employee feedback results.a) Presentations to key audiences communicating results.b) Varied levels of access to results for unique groups/leaders.c) Cross-industry comparable metrics (i.e. Post-secondaries in Canada; post-secondaries in North America; public sector, etc.)3. Offer recommendations based on findings to enhance staff and faculty engagement.4. Support the College in communicating results and action plans to employees and stakeholders.5. The successful vendor will need to interface with existing vendors providing HR and IT services to ensure seamless integration and data security.Prior phase documents that form part of the specifications for this project include:• Previous employee feedback platform reports (if deemed applicable).
