Description : This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Stack Emission Testing Southern Plants, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Services”). SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan. SaskPower requires Stack Testing services to test the emissions discharged from all units at SaskPower-s Boundary Dam Power Station (for four (4) stacks: BD3, BD4, BD5 and BD6), (1) stack at Shand Power Station, and one (1) stack at Poplar River Power Station in order to comply with provincial regulatory requirements for SO2, NOx, and Particulates. Sampling and testing protocols shall be in compliance with the Saskatchewan Environmental code as per the provincial Ministry of Environment. In addition, total mercury, trace metals, particulates (sizing), hydrogen halides and halogens emitted from the stacks are to be tested to meet other requirements... - Documents:
