Description - New School - ÉÉP - Mer BleueCapacity of 354 places-student;3,913 sq.m. on 2 stories;3 classrooms for the kindergarten;10 classrooms - regular;2 classrooms specialized (Art and science);5 support spaces without the capacity to the teaching;1 multi-purpose room;1 gymnasium with a scene, 2 change rooms, storage and 1 office;1 library;1 multi-purpose room with high ceiling;1 daycare, consisting of 3 sectors;Site considerations: a future 681 student high school will be built on site in the future, so services need to be coordinated for future tie-ins of services, parking lots, buses, etc.Target RFQ Date: April 2023
