- Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform the moderization of Elevators 1& 2 at St. Paul's Hospital in Sasakatoon, Saskatchewan as described in the Contract Documents. Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before September 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time). All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address, SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca . Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; i.e. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the SHA Representative/Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP. A non-mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for September 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Saskatchewan Time) and meeting at St. Paul-s Hospital Main Entrance. All Bidders are encouraged to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
