- The London District Catholic School Board is inviting Pre-qualified General Contractors to submit responses to this Request for Tender for St. Mary's Catholic Secondary School - Exterior Alterations.
A representative from LDCSB Pre-qualified General Contractor list MUST attend the mandatory site visit, in order to have their bid submission or pricing considered.
Cornerstone Architecture Incorporated will be prime on this job.
Pre-Qualified General Contractors are to submit the complete bid and are responsible for obtaining pricing from Trades listed within this tender document.
Overview and any pertinent details affecting submissions as a result of the site visit will be posted as an Addendum.
