- The scope of work for this project is to remove and replace the existing roof, curbs, parapets and flashing on the Bethammi Nursing Home located at 63 Carrie Street in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The existing roof is a ballasted EPDM system that will be removed and replaced with a new fully adhered systemfor a Stipulated Price Contract, in accordance with Contract Documents.
