Description:
ST. PAUL-S ROMAN CATHOLIC SEPERATE SCHOOL DIVISON NO.20 (“School Division”), as registered owner of the following properties is requesting proposals (“RFPs”) from third parties (“Submitting Parties”) which provides for those Submitting Parties to acquire and/or develop the following property, as per the documents herein: 2141 MCPHERSON AVENUE, SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN (the “Property”) legally described by Surface Parcel #120307935, including the land and buildings thereon and consisting of approximately 2.17 acres. Eight modular classrooms will be moved off the site and will not be part of the sale. Site handover date to successful Party is dependent on Ministry of Education funding to relocate the seven modular classrooms. Anticipated handover date is September 1, 2026. Responses to the RFP from Submitting Parties are requested to be in writing and delivered by no later than January 31, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan time.
