- Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the services of an Architectural Consultant for the following brief scope of work: Install a new prefabricated warehouse/garage to replace former facility on existing concrete slab. Complete a pre-design assessment of the existing slab. Complete levelling up of the ground. Obtain all necessary permits for the project. Built up of Prefabricated Quonset Model building only, with LED Lighting running the length of the Building. Add footing system as per recommendation of the prefab building supplier to carry all snow loads and to meet the warranty of the building. Fix grade at the east side for access
