The successful contractor must provide a baseline inventory report for the Mary Lake Property (private parcel "003346668" approximately 48.4994, -123.5170, west of Millstream Rd in Highlands, BC) describing the current condition of natural values of the property, to be relied upon if necessary for future enforcement of a conservation covenant.
