Scope Of Services:
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for General Contractors for the SGH MDRD Cooling Renovation. Squamish General Hospital MDRD department is completing a renovation to accommodate their new owner supplied sterilizers. This will include construction of a new wall for the sterilizer mechanical room, as well as an additional HVAC upgrade for the space providing additional cooling and an exhaust fan. The anticipated start date for construction is July 21st with takeover expected to be Aug 16th.
Whenever possible, equipment used for this project should be procured from sources that are not affected by tariffs.

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:

Qualification Range:Only General Contractors prequalified by the Health Authorities for Acute Care Projects over $150,000 can bid.
