Call For Tenders Request to be Prequalified for Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Services, SQ-2025-REPC-171 Metrolinx is issuing this Request to be Prequalified to establish a prequalified list of Proponents (the “Prequalified List”) with the necessary experience, qualifications and resources to perform work for Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscape Services (Project). The establishment of the Prequalified List marks the end of “Stage 1” of the procurement process for the Project. Metrolinx then intends to issue subsequent procurement processes to Proponents on the Prequalified List (each process a “Stage 2” procurement process) to select specific Proponent(s) to enter into negotiations, if applicable, toward Stage 2 contracts for the performance of specific portions of work on the Project. The Scope of Work for the Project is described at Appendix “B” - Scope of Work. The evaluation process in this Stage 1, Request to be Prequalified, will be divided into 3 sequential component phases, as follows: Phase One: Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail); Phase Two: Vendor Performance Rating (5% weighting); and Phase Three: Rated Criteria (95% weighting).
