• As part of the Khalsa Day Parade event logistics, we require transportation services to support the movement of staff, volunteers, and attendees along the parade route.The scope of work includes: Provision of four (4) shuttle vans, each with a qualified and licensed driver Continuous shuttle operation in a loop along the designated route for the duration of the event from 10AM to 8PM. The shuttle service will operate on a fixed loop, stopping at designated pick-up and drop-off points along the parade route. A detailed route map, including all stop locations, will be provided in advance.Vendors will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with applicable safety and transportation regulations. Drivers must be properly licensed, experienced, and familiar with operating in high-traffic, event-based environments.The shuttle service should be reliable and efficient, with minimal wait times, to ensure smooth transportation flow throughout the event. Coordination with event organizers will be required to finalize routes, schedules, and staging areas prior to the event.Vendors should also be prepared to adapt to real-time conditions, including traffic congestion or route adjustments, as directed by event coordinators.
