Description:
This project involves the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for the addition of a Service Room at Adolphus Court located 540 Adolphus Street in Cornwall, Ontario.
The current sprinkler equipment is in a small area under the north stairwell with limited space. A new water main is being brought into the building via the addition. The sprinkler equipment will be relocated from the stairwell into the new space.
Mandatory Site Visit
A mandatory site visit has been organized during which pertinent questions regarding this tender will be addressed and bidders may inspect the site and associated equipment. Tenders shall not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory site meeting. Bids shall not be accepted from bidders who arrive late at this site meeting or leave prior to the closing of the meeting.
