- 328 Oak StSpray Foam Scope of Work - Feb 24, 2025Planned time of work: July/August 2025Supply and install the following: Equipment and labour for installation of spray foam insulation applied to all interior of basement concrete walls, joist cavities and the cantilevered section. Equivalent minimum RSI value of 2.98 is required. Apply fire coating to all exposed spray foam. Include fire coating in calculation to determine required thickness of your specific insulation product. Foundation is 8” thick cast in place concrete.Pricing: Please separate the cost of insulation and fire protection in the pricing.
