- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Pension Plan (SPP) Board of Trustees to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of SPP Actuarial Services as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A). SPP is looking for an organization to provide industry standard actuarial services for its Annuity Fund (AF) including annual actuarial valuations (performed Jan-Feb annually) and letter to the auditors, annual updates to annuity and duration factor tables, specialized mortality table recommendations based on either an SPP population-based mortality study or using an industry platform and data pool approach and other on-going advice, guidance and support as required.
