- The City of Melfort is pleased to invite interested parties to submit a Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the naming rights of our prominent municipal facilities including the Northern Lights Palace, Spruce Haven Skate Park, Spruce Haven Ball Diamonds, and Spruce Haven Soccer Fields, for a predetermined length of time. We are seeking a reputable partner to collaborate with us in creating a mutually beneficial partnership(s) that will enhance the visibility and reputation of both parties. The City of Melfort is seeking potential sponsors who want their name and logo to be associated with our premier facilities. The naming rights sponsor will benefit from increased exposure and recognition and the opportunity to support the community and enhance the quality of life in Melfort as per Sponsorship Policy 7.2.95. The naming rights sponsor will be expected to contribute financially to the City of Melfort for a ten-year term. The naming rights sponsor will also have the right to display their name and logo on the exterior and interior signage of the facility, as well as on promotional materials and media releases.
