• 1. Background
  Serving a population of over 180,000 Burlington is a growing and prosperous region. The City is located between the City of Hamilton and the Town of Oakville. The City supports a wide variety of events in Burlington, both direct delivered and community supported that are vibrant and inclusive events. Burlington events provide experiences that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors. Events throughout the city are diverse, innovative, promote safety and sustainability and foster a sense of belonging where all are welcome.
  Opportunity
  The City of Burlington is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders to solicit, coordinate and manage Sponsorship and Vendors at its two (2) direct delivered events.
  The Festival and Event Sponsorship and Vendor Management Program is intended to generate revenues for the City. Service provided by the Contractor will include the sales, administration, execution and reporting of a Festival and Events Sponsorship and Vendor Management Program. The Contractor is responsible for all costs related to the Work.
  The City leads two direct delivered events. The City grants to the Contractor the right to utilize the agreed upon assets (e.g. stage fencing) at events for the purpose of selling, installing, and maintaining Sponsorships and Vendor booths, at the following events:
