Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This RFT, including the Appendices to this RFT, and the Successful Bidder-s Bid and any ensuing purchase order, shall in aggregate form the Contract between the Region and the Successful Bidder for the provision of the Deliverables, which will come into effect upon the Region-s written notification that the Successful Bidder has satisfied all of the conditions of award listed in Part D of this Appendix A (RFT Particulars).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
Authorized ResellerBidders must be a current Premier-level or above Authorized Splunk Reseller to submit a Bid in response to this RFT. Bids received from Bidders who are not a Current Authorized Splunk Reseller will be rejected by the Region as non-compliant for failure to meet this Mandatory Requirement.QUESTIONS: Questions related to this RFT should be submitted to the Region through the Bidding Website by clicking on the 'Submit a Question' button.
